Individual caregiver accounts are included with PocketSAM Together and PocketSAM Assistant. PocketSAM Personal does not include additional caregiver accounts. On Together and Assistant, caregivers can be notified when a shared task is assigned or needs attention, and completed tasks stay in a simple record.

The care user does not count toward the caregiver allowance. Unlimited applies to additional caregiver accounts on PocketSAM Assistant, not to AI usage. AI usage is subject to care-circle-level usage and rate controls. Proposed care changes are reviewed and confirmed before they are saved.

No. One paid subscription covers the care circle. Invited caregivers use their own accounts without purchasing separate subscriptions.
Yes. You can use PocketSAM Assistant to manage your own care. Inviting caregivers is optional.

Saved care records stay with the care user. A lower plan includes only that plan's caregiver access and AI access. New caregiver invitations follow the active plan, and pending invitations count toward a limited plan. PocketSAM is in beta, and the app does not yet finish the experience for a care circle that is already larger than the plan it moves to.
